Alireza Sherafati (opens in a new tab)
SAM Residence was designed by Alireza Sherafati, a renowned Iranian architect.
His approach to the project rests on bringing together simplicity, function, spatial quality and a connection with its surroundings.
An architecture that, rather than showing off, enters into a conversation with the coastal landscape and the fabric of Kelarabad.
The choice of materials, the arrangement of spaces, the daylight and the way each home meets the view were all shaped with a close eye on residents’ everyday lives.
The SAM Residence catalogue
Twelve pages on the site and its setting, the architecture, the two- and three-bedroom plans, the amenities and the service that follows the sale.
SAM Projects brings years of experience developing and building residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, and has built its path on precision in execution, sound engineering and the creation of lasting value. An understanding of what each place needs, attention to quality and an eye on the future are the approach its projects follow — a path SAM Residence is part of.
